To add an image or video to a ticket, find the ticket and click on it to open it.
Across the top, click on Attachments.
Click on Upload File, and then choose how you would like to upload the file.
If you previously took the photo/video, you can use the Select File, Select Photo, or Select Video option. You can then select the item that you want to upload. If you want to take an image or video, you can choose the Take Photo or Take Video option.
