Description of The Service

Access Points are network devices installed throughout campus. They provide wireless access to the Marist network.

Please see below for an example of an Access Point. The Access Point you are reporting may look slightly different.

(Please note: This is different than an Ethernet outlet in the wall. An Ethernet wall outlet is used to connect your device through an Ethernet cable (wired connection). Use the Ethernet Wall Outlet Repair service to report an issue with your Ethernet outlet.)

Who can request this service?

Students, Faculty, and Staff

When is this service available?

The service itself is available 24/7. You can report an issue at any time. Resolution to the report occurs during normal working hours.
