Marist Information Technology services all Marist faculty, staff and students in the United States and abroad. Requests for services are accepted from current employees and students.
To submit a ticket, you must first locate the service related to your request/issue. Services have buttons next to them where you can provide information and submit your ticket. To locate a service, use one of the options below:
1. Use the search bar above
2. Use the Services A-Z tab above to locate your service
3. Click through the categories and sub categories below until you see the service related to your issue or request. After clicking through the categories and sub categories, the list of services will be listed under the "Services:" title. If a service does not have a button, then the service is informational only. It is not something you can request.
