How To Resolve Error
The following instructions will resolve a Service Invocation Failed error when attempting to access Internet Native Banner (INB - Admin Pages) from my.Marist.edu.

Instructions
Accessing INB (Internet Native Banner) in myMarist
- Internet Native Banner (INB - Admin Pages) is accessed within myMarist by first navigating to and authenticating with your Marist Account and Password at my.marist.edu.
- Choose the IT Services tab.
- Choose Internet Native Banner (INB - Admin Pages) in the Banner Services section which is located in the first column.
- A successful connection will display Marist College Production (MARPROD).
- If the connection is not successful, please proceed to the following instruction.
Connection not successful: 'Service Invocation Failed' error
- If the connection to Marist College Production (MARPROD) is not successful, the following screen will display:
Resolving Service Invocation Failed error
- To resolve this error:
- Log out of myMarist
- Log back into myMarist
- Uncheck the Don't Remember Me option displayed below:
Successful connection
- When you have successfully connected, Marist College Production (MARPROD) will display:
