Description of The Service
The Digital Education team supports artificial intelligence (AI) by providing guidance, training, and consultation for the effective, ethical, and responsible use of artificial intelligence tools in teaching, learning, research, and administrative work. Services include assistance with AI-powered applications, prompt development, accessibility considerations, and evaluation of emerging AI technologies.
The team supports faculty, staff, and students by offering:
- AI tool recommendations and best practices
- Training workshops and one-on-one consultations
- Assistance with Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, Gemini Notebook, and other institutionally approved AI tools
- Guidance on academic integrity, privacy, security, and accessibility considerations
- Support for integrating AI into instructional, administrative, and business processes
- Troubleshooting and adoption assistance for approved AI applications
The goal of this service is to help the campus community leverage AI effectively while maintaining compliance with institutional policies, accessibility standards, and responsible technology practices.
