If you have received a Duo push to your mobile device that you are unaware of initiating, you may decline the push and mark it as fraudulent in the denial reason.
Who can request this service?
Students, Faculty, and Staff
When is this service available?
Fraudulent activity should be reported when it occurs. Management of report occurs during normal working hours of 8:30am to 5:00pm.
