Web Content Management System Training and Technical Support

Description of The Service

The Web Management team provides new user web content management system training. Web Management also supports current users to troubleshoot technical issues. Requests for new content or modifications to existing content should be submitted to the Communications and Marketing Department.

Who can request this service?

Staff members with a web content management system account can request this service.

When is this service available?

The web content management system is a software that is available 24/7. You can check my.marist.edu for any planned or unplanned outages. Support response to your request for assistance is available during normal Operational Hours: Mondays – Fridays, 8:30 am – 5 pm
