Use this service to report NON-URGENT AV classroom issues impacting teaching with technology. For example, use this service to report technical issues with AV equipment, including no image displayed, poor quality, sound issues, camera issues, and Zoom/Panopto issues.

When is this service available?
AV Classroom service support response to your request for assistance is available: Monday – Thursday, 7:30am – 7pm and Friday 7:30am – 5pm.
