Multi-Factor Authentication

Multi-factor authentication, MFA, provides an additional layer of security to any type of login, requiring extra information or a physical Duo to log in, in addition to your password. By requiring multiple layers of authentication, we can protect user logins from remote attacks that may exploit stolen usernames and passwords. Verifying your identity using MFA prevents anyone but you for logging in, even if they know your password.

Banner Access

Banner is the Enterprise Resource Planner, ERP, used by the College to manage student, employee, and alumni records. It is also used for payroll, finance, student financial services, advisement, and other resources at Marist. Your Banner access is based on your job position number. This access includes Banner class access, Argos, BDM, Workflow, NOLIJ, WebTailor, Intellicheck, and Social Security. You can also ask for additional access.

Remote access allows Marist constituents to access systems from off campus that are behind the Marist firewall.
